Laura Weatherby

The Chapter President (CP) represents the chapter to the campus administration, the student body, the community and the International Fraternity. She is the chapter's representative and a member of International Council, and as such, serve as the delegate to International Convention and Leadership Institute. She is the chapter's link to the larger organization that is AOII. She also presides over Leader's Council and Chapter meetings.
 
Vice President of Administration
The Vice President of Administration (VPA) oversees and reviews the management of the collegiate chapter. Her office is ultimately responsible for all chapter reporting, supervision of chapter officers, supervision of chapter meetings, supervision of committees and maintaining the chapter files.

The Vice President of Education (VPE) serves as the chairman of the Total Chapter Programming Committee (TCPC) and educates the Chapter on the different aspects of life. Her duties as New Member Educator (NME) are vital to the well-being of the chapter. She serves as a role model and example of AOII in all aspects to the New Members she is responsible for educating.

The Vice President of Academic Development (VPAD) carries great responsibility to her sisters, her chapter, and the AOII organization by helping each member realize her own academic potential, guiding the chapter toward a high scholastic standing on campus and among AOII chapters and by living up to AOII's standard of high scholarship for its chapters and individual members.
 

Chelsea Kiffin

The Vice President of Communications (VPC) plans, executes and evaluates all publicity concerning the chapter and its members. She also promotes better public relations and relationships between the chapter and the collegiate student body, university's faculty and administration, parents, community members, other Greeks and alumnae. As Historian, she is responsible for recording the happenings and events in her chapter during her term in office.

The Vice President of Membership Recruitment (VPMR) educates the Chapter about Recruitment, as well as takes on the huge task of organizing and facilitating recruitment for AOII, which happens every Fall on CSU's campus and sometimes in the Spring.

The Vice President of Standards (VPS) is responsible for educating members about risks associated with alcohol, drug use, dating, etc., emergency procedures in the event of a crisis or tragedy, legal liability and responsibility of our chapters and their members and advisers, Members personal responsibility and behavior expectations set by AOII Governing Documents and chapter bylaws

The fiscal health of our organization depends on each member understanding, accepting and fulfilling her financial obligations in a timely manner. Helping each member and New Member understand and fulfill her financial obligations to the Fraternity is up to the Chapter Treasurer (CT). She also annually prepares the budget and signs off on checks.

The Webmistress updates the website, making sure that it it up-to-date with information and pictures to benefit the chapter members and to use as an effective PR tool.

The Keeper of the Ritual (KOR) administers monthly rituals, ritual workshops and helps members prepare for the ritual portion of the member test. She constantly reminds the women of AOII to live ritual and strive to be the best we can be.

As the elected representative for the chapter to the campus Panhellenic Council (NPC), she also holds a most important position. The way in which she represents the AOII chapter has a significant impact on the way our chapter and AOII International is perceived by others on the campus and throughout the Greek system.
 

Jenny Farley

Recording/Corresponding Secretaryfarley_jenny@colstate.edu
The Recording Secretary is responsible for keeping an accurate record of attendance and proceedings at weekly chapter meetings and Leader's Council meetings. In addition, she is the link between the daily proceedings of our chapter and the international organization of AOII. As Corresponding Secretary, she is responsible for the chapter's correspondence. This includes thank you notes, congratulations and special occasion remembrances. It also involves sending notices to members and keeping a sheet on file of collegiate and alumnae chapter members. Additionally, she is responsible for informing HQ of all changes in the chapter roll (members leaving school, transferring, graduating, etc.), and sending New Member and Initiation Remittance reports to HQ.
